    I have been with Infocrossing for over a year now. Although some technical issues such as server downtime occurs once in a long while, their support has always been very helpful in looking into the issue and rectifying it asap.

    The tech support is great. Any questions I had were answered. I was given relevant information every time I contacted the reps. I was kept in the loop regarding any issues. The customer service is commendable.

    I tend to use the chat system for quick fixes and always get a satisfactory response. I am always sent relevant links for how tos also. Phone service when things are more complicated is great.

    These guys are great. After two nightmarish months with 1and1 and Ipage, SSL issues on both hosts. I decided to move to Infocrossing and they got my site and online store working in a couple of hours. Their tech support is brilliant. Happy with them.

    Be prepared that Hostgator does not look at there own issues and will try steering you away to point blame on something than other.

    NEVER had decent technical support from these guys, but for a year the up time had been good and the price is right. Site has been down for a week and no human response from submitted tickets phone call or chat. Infocrossing has left the building.

    Paid for a year and only used 3 months worth. They would not refund the difference. Would not recommend paying this company a year in advance. I will not recommend to clients/coworkers for their hosting.

    The service is unreliable and the staff, at least the 1-st level, is unprofessional.
