    The windows hosting service is really really bad. Everything is in the hostgator control and you need to be really always behind them to do any thing and using plesk panel is a night mare.

    Dedicated server down for 17 hours and counting. Not the first time. As per usual, getting the brush-off “we are working on the ticket.” Awful service. Am going to find a better alternative

    I WILL THINK TWICE BEFORE ENTERING INTO A CONTRACT WITH A COMPANY WITH RENEWAL, TECH SUPPORT, CANCELLATION, AND HACKING FEES (AND I AM SURE OTHERS) THAT ARE NOT STATED.

    Poor Uptime service! During the past 2 days we had 2 downtimes. During the past 10 years I have never seen any hoster which such poor Uptimes!!
