    The customer service in First Root UG is incredible. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. I have never seen such a responsible group of IT professional. I wish every customer service would learn from First Root UG.com. Keep up the good work!!!

    Transferred 2 domains to First Root UG, 2nd one has been down 3 weeks. No response to emails, no answer on phone and chat does not work. Stay away from this company.

    They are terrible. They cannot keep my sites up and the customer service does not know what they are doing. Just keep you on hold and shuffle you around.

    I needed to move my learning website to a more responsive hosting company. I am so glad I chose Hub. Every time I call or chat, they are prompt, helpful, and respectful. My old host used to treat me like an annoying burden. Hub is good.

    Please go anywhere but this company. Their 24×7 support is non-existent and all they have is chat available on weekends. My web site has been down all day with a supposed server issue. I have opened numerous chat sessions and they have ALL been ignored!
